Population-imbalanced fermionic polar molecules in bilayer system

We investigate the population−imbalanced fermionic polar molecules in tight bilayer system inside the Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer (BCS) regime. We found Fulde-Ferrell−Larkin-Ovchinnikov (FFLO) state region is drastically enhanced by interlayer dipolar interaction. We further show the quantum and thermal phase diagram for the FFLO state with interaction.
