Gas Sensor based on TiO2 Colloidal film with PbS Quantum dots

TiO2 collidal film with PbS Quantum dots were produced by successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction method.The colloidal quantum dot (CQD) films were annealed at different tempeatures and different gases.The resistances of the films were analyzed.The response of CQD gas sensor was under continuous UV-LED irradiation and standard room temperature condition. We used an Atomic Force Microscopes(AFM) to observe the surface morphology of thin films ,and scanning electron microscope(SEM) was used to analysis the difference of surface before and after annealing. In this study, we focued on the characteristics of CQD films and a photoactivated O3 sensor that operates under normal conditions.
