įæ, email:luo.hw@nsrrc.org.tw For the natural characteristic of the beta function, the effective electron beam size will increase with lengthening of straight section. This relation limits the gain of brilliance in the 3rd generation synchrotron radiation facilities. So three double-minimum beta straight section (double-Min-Beta) had been planned in the phase I of Taiwan Photon Source (TPS) storage ring to get higher brilliance light source. The use of the Wigner function as the
